The MUKO TTD range of insulation piercing connectors (IPC) provide a fast, convenient and reliable method of connecting overhead low voltage mains to services or other mains. All common types of conductors can be interconnected, including insulated aluminium or copper. The connectors have been tested to IEC and Eurpoean standards, and are approved for use by Greece power distribution utilities (consult for further details).

The MUKO TTD range has a long proven track record in the harsh Greece climatic conditions.

Feature

All parts are flame retardant (by 960°C glow wire and vertical burning test).
The housing is made of corrosion-resistant, weather-resistant, UV-resistant high-strength insulating material.
Equipped with constant puncture tightening torque nuts, making installation easier, safer and faster.
The puncture contact part and the end cover of the branch line have a high-grade waterproof function (IPX7), and the water pressure can reach 6KV.

Application

• Mains cable: Insulated copper or aluminium
• Tap cable: Insulated copper or aluminium
• Not suitable for multi stranded flexible cable or neutral screened cable.
